After receiving the angle head, please check whether the packaging and accessories are complete.
1. After correct installation, before cutting, you need to carefully verify the technical parameters such as torque, speed, power, etc. required for workpiece cutting. If the angle head is damaged by over-torque, over-speed, over-power cutting, and other man-made damage, or damage to the angle head caused by other unavoidable factors such as natural disasters and man-made disasters, it is not covered by the warranty.
2. When conducting trial operation and temperature test, the trial operation speed is 20% of the maximum speed of the angle head, and the trial operation time is 4 to 6 hours (depending on the model of the angle head). The temperature of the angle head rises from the initial rise to the drop and then stabilizes. This process is a normal temperature test and running-in process. After reaching this process, stop the machine and let the angle head cool down completely.
3. Special attention: Only after the angle head has been tested in the above steps and the angle head has cooled down completely, can other speed tests be carried out.
4. When the temperature exceeds 55 degrees, the speed should be reduced by 50%, and then stopped to protect the milling head.
5. When the angle head is operated for the first time, the temperature rises, then drops, and then stabilizes. This is a normal running-in phenomenon. Running-in is a guarantee of the angle head's accuracy, service life, and other factors. Please comply with it carefully!
