How to Solve The Breaking-Down Problem of Taps When Using Tapping Machine

Generally, small-sized taps are called small teeth, often appearing in the mobile phones, glasses, and motherboards of some precision electronic products. What customers are most worried about when tapping these small threads is that the tap will break during tapping.

Small-thread taps generally have a higher cost value, and the tapping products are not cheap. Therefore, if the tap breaks during tapping, both the tap and the product will be scrapped, resulting in a high loss. Once the workstation is cut or the force is uneven or excessive, the tap will easily break.

Our automatic tapping machine can solve these annoying and costly problems. We add a buffer device to the electronic control part to slow down the speed before feeding when the stroke speed remains unchanged, preventing the tap from breaking when the feed speed is too fast.

According to years of production and sales experience, the breakage rate of our automatic tapping machines when tapping taps with small teeth is obviously 90% lower than that of other companies on the market, and 95% lower than the breakage rate of ordinary manual tapping machines. It can save enterprises a lot of consumable costs and effectively protect the workpieces being processed.
