Angle heads are mainly used in machining centers, gantry boring and milling machines and vertical lathes. Angle head classification:
1. Single output right-angle angle head – relatively common and can be widely used in various usage situations.
2. Dual-output right-angle angle head – better concentric accuracy and vertical accuracy, which can avoid the trouble of manual angle rotation and table correction, avoid repeated errors, and improve production and processing efficiency and accuracy.
3. Fixed angle angle head – the angle head outputs at a fixed special angle (0-90 degrees) and is used for milling, drilling, tapping and other processing of specific angle surfaces.
4. Universal angle head – the adjustable angle range is generally 0~90 degrees, but there are some special ones that can be adjusted beyond 90 degrees.
Angle head application occasions:
